I bought the delux Roku a month ago. It stopped getting signals and crapped out. Bought another two days ago. The remote no longer pairs with the device. Am feeling very ripped off by your garbage products that cost me an arm and a leg and don’t work.
Not sure what device you bought, as there is not one named "delux/deluxe." Perhaps the Ultra?
Be aware they have a one-year warranty, and you can obtain warranty service from the Roku Warranty/Returns page. I had an Ultra go bad about four years ago, and initiated a claim. It was resolved for me within a week.
