Solving playback issues

The Rockford Files Season 1 Episode 2 is not playing the second episode of the 2 part pilot. Rather it's just episode 1 again. Rather disappointing to start a series without a conclusion to the two part pilot episode.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we'd be happy to look closely at the missing episode of the series The Rockford Files you are referring to. 

Before we proceed, we'd like to know on which specific channel you've observed this and the indication of what is supposed to be in Episode 2. As we check through The Roku Channel, Episode 2 doesn't play the same content as to Episode 1.
