Can you provide us with the complete title of this show and from what streaming channel are you watching it? Also, when watching it on other Roku and non-Roku devices, is the subtitle working?

The show I am trying to watch is "The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior" on HiDive. I use the Roku4K and have attempted on my phone as well and both have no subtitles

If the subtitle doesn't also work on your other devices, it could mean that the particulate show or episode's closed captioning is unavailable. In this case, we would recommend that you reach out to the channel provider and inquire further. They may be able to clarify this concern on their end. Rest assured, we'll also continue to monitor this on our end.
