My Roku stick suddenly stopped playing and when reset it will get to the bouncing Roku logo, but then the tv goes black and no signal is displayed. I’ve reset with power cycle and the button on the stick, but it never gets past the same screen. Anyone have any workarounds or suggestions?

How are you powering it? Is it plugged into the TV's USB port or a USB power adapter plugged into the wall?

Any fix having the same issue just started today nothing has changed worked great for a few months than pooed the bed.
Just time my friend. It eventually worked itself out, but after multiple resets and waiting hours. I’d say within the day or two, it ended up working like normal. Still get the rare hiccup that brings back the black screen and Roku logo, but it clears within minutes.
