Spoken audio glitch - Disney and Amazon but not netflix

Suddenly when we stream from Disney or Amazon prime, the content we choose to play seems to be missing the speaking audio track. We can still hear background music but not the characters speaking. In the previews before pressing play we can still hear the spoken audio. We cannot hear it once we select and start playing the content. 

 

I've factory reset Roku, made sure apps are up to date.

 

Any suggestions?

Let us know more...

  • Are these the only app that encounters an audio issue? If not, could you specify other apps that also encounter this behavior? 
  • Have you received any recent software updates? If so, could you please provide the latest software version of your Roku?
  • What Roku device is affected by this problem?
