Sometimes my roku goes back to home screen while I'm watching anything. Why?

My roku goes to home screen while I'm watching anything even after a few minutes of viewing.  Why?

@Egordon  Going to need more info for anyone to help you. On What channel(s) does this happen? Exactly what ROKu do you have? Name and Model number?
