My screen does the same thing. I use the Samsung remote but have the Roku plugged in. A friend set the tv up and said I may need to reset to factory settings - which I don’t know how to do. My friend went back to California so he’s of no use now. Any suggestions? Please keep in mind, I’m 70 yrs old and not tech savvy so take it easy and slow!!
