Screen Freeze on all 4 boxes

I have 4 Roku boxes and everyone freeze When they are turned on , it’s not every channel , Newsmax , Fox News and business .

i have the latest software for my Roku service , I just replaced my Modem this week and the single is excellent . My other 2 tvs have the hard wired cable box attached and there is not an issue with the same channels .

I’ve emailed Roku twice this week and have t gotten a reply and I can’t seem to find a phone number to call for support .

And yes I reinstalled the boxes as suggested .

need some help here .

Thank you for letting us know that your Roku devices freezes when opening the Newsmax and Fox Business Network apps. No worries, help is here.

We suggest you try the following:

Check for channel updates

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Use the directional pad to select the channel or app that is not loading and press Star * to open the Settings menu
  3. Select Check for Updates
  4. Once the app or channel is finished updating, try opening it again.
