Row8 rentals always have garbled sound

As of July 26, 2023, the audio is still a serious issue.  I am removing app and will no longer do business with Row8.

We understand that there has been an audio issue that you've encountered, and we appreciate the actions taken to resolve the issue. For us to further understand this, Is this issue happening only to the Row8 channel, or are other channels affected? Also, what are the actions to reproduce the issue?
