We understand that you're having a problem with the Roku streaming stick. We will be more than happy to look further into this issue. How are you powering your Roku device? Did you press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds until the green lights blink? Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back into the wall outlet? Have you tried using different USB power cables, power adapters, and HDMI cables?
