We don't have much information based on your statement. Could you tell me more about this? When did you start seeing this behavior? Do you have any external audio devices connected to your device? Does this audio issue happen when accessing all the channels on the platform?

It happened Sunday night. It worked fine all day Sunday while watching football then it just randomly makes noise and shuts off. It's hdmi cable to the TV no other audio plugged in
