We understand that you're experiencing issues with the display on your Roku device and we'd like to assist you with this.
Have you tried restarting your Roku to see if that makes any difference? If not, we would recommend following the steps below.
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
