Solving playback issues

My Roku pauses on it's own. I've done a system restart and checked the software to make sure it's updated. Unplugged it for an hour. It's still doing it. I even see the pause symbol on the screen.

It seems like you're a playback issue going on and we'd like to learn more about this.

Could you tell us if you're experiencing this issue all over the platform or in a specific channel? It might be possible that this is an issue with a remote sticking button, you can check if some button might be stuck that causes.
