I had my Roku express 4k device with me for over a year now.
Just until yesterday the remote and the mobile app remote stopped responding.
I changed the batteries with brand new ones and it still did not work.
I turned the device off and unplugged it from the TV and outlet. Also gave it 30 seconds before connecting it back. Also hit the reset button behind the Roku device for 10 seconds and my Roku is reset but my physical Roku remote and mobile Roku remote is not responding.
I tried calling the customer care. But there is no number to contact.
Kindly provide help. Any help is much appreciated with thanks.
