Roku channel app not working

Software version: 14.0.4 • build 12221-EP

GC version: 12.7.24

Issue ID: 3H-488-041 

Roke channel app wont load any channels when pressing play. Only shows a black loading screen with the channels title name. App loads all content but WONT PLAY any content.
