Solving playback issues

I installed a Roku Ultra on my wireless network. TV is working fine but no channels play on my laptop, also wireless. This was working until 2 days ago. And yes, I am signed into my account. When trying to play anything it states Try Again or Return To Home.

Could you share a bit more info with us?

• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
• Were there any updates before this started happening? If so, can you share the software version of your Roku Ultra? (You can find this in Settings > System > About).
• A photo or video of the issue would be super helpful.

In the meantime, we’ll try to figure out the problem and test your Roku Ultra with a mobile hotspot.
