We have noticed that you are encountering similar streaming problems with your Roku device as others have reported. To assist you better, we would like to keep a close eye on this issue as it develops and gather additional details to help resolve it.
Could you please let us know what model of Roku Ultra you have? Have you experienced this before or after an update? Furthermore, is this happening in all channels or only to a specific channel?
In the meantime, we would like to request more information about your devices for extra visibility.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Short video of the incident that you have encountered.
