- Is this happening on all contents or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel?
- Are you getting any error messages or error codes on the screen while playing content?
- What software version is your Roku Ultra running? (You can check this on Settings > System > About)
In the meantime, kindly restart the system of your Roku Ultra and see if it fixes the issue by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
