See all the replies for the subject "Roku PBS app again not loading, Nov 16 2024." Many of us are having the same problem. All of the possible solutions don't help.
Same. Was working fine yesterday. Deleted app, updated roku software, restarted roku device, reinstalled app, same problem still happening.
I have the same problem as all the other posters do, and have tried all the fixes without success. I was so excited yesterday when I was able to sign on and watch through Roku on my HD 4K tv... Please fix this, Roku!
I can't get PBS to load either. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but still doesn't work. I can pull it up on my phone, but not on my TV via Roku. Very frustrated !
Same issue as others. PBS app does not load. Once selected, it goes to a blank screen and then returns back to the app menu. Attempted TV reboot, app remove and reinstall. No change in behavior.
I think this is most likely some backend issue with the PBS servers or authentication. Apps are typically not updated over a weekend, and as noted earlier, it was updated last week.
Basically, this is something that will probably fix itself soon, probably sometime Monday (fingers and toes crossed.)

PBS worked last night (Nov 16), but today I'm experiencing the same problems repeated here over and over. I've tried most of the suggestions here. I hope this gets fixed soon. I just signed up for PBS Passport.
Same with my express 4K+
The same thing is happening to me as well. I am using a Roku 3, it was working just fine last week.
