The problem was publicly acknowledged on 9/6, with presumption that Roku knew about it prior to the public acknowledgement. It's been over two months since acknowledgement for a problem that has been reported for over a year. How long does it take to make a software change for a known problem with a leading streaming application (YoutubeTV) if anyone is actually working on it?!? Add me to the folks shopping to replace our four Roku devices and add two more for a total of six that are not Roku going forward. This pathetic customer support is simply not acceptable.
Adding my 2 cents. PBS wont load on my ultra after last update. ROKU doesn't seem to coordinate with app developers before making these change. Similar issue when Tablo stopped working after update. That's been 2 months with no resolution in sight. If you cant properly test these changes, at least give us the opportunity to roll back updates until issues resolved. I'm a very long time user of Roku with 4 devices. AppleTV is looking better and better with each new issue. Sad!
