I have the same problem today 11/17. Failing on 2 different Roku devices. Delete/reboot/reinstall doesn't help.
Same is happening to me. It worked yesterday, 11/16, but not today, 11/17.

This happened tonight, first time that I know of. Not happy it's happening, but helps to know it's not just me.

Can anything be done about it?
I did the network connection and it went through to activate PBS, and it says it's activated, but the app just sits and spins. Almost had it. Still spinning 8 minutes later, not connecting. 9 minutes later the app is populating shows, never mind. it stops populating, and now sits and spins again.
They are gathering data, to elevate the problem. There are a couple of posts about collecting info.
Mine is working now!!
I just sent an email to PBS tech support so hopefully they can do something to help.
