Solving playback issues

I have a Hisense tv, can’t find the Roku verse for the life of me. Yes, I’ve looked up every SUSAN R and ABOUT…really, I have. But, I have an iOS and it’s playing additionally, on X, people all over the country are having this problem.

I have tried all the reboot/restart system/remove app and reinstall/disconnect and reconnect internet”solutions” multiple times, and NOTHING IS WORKING to get PBS app working!!!! 
What is ROKU going to do about it??

FWIW, the PBS app is not loading on my Roku TV as everyone else describes.

However I have another TV that has the Android/google system and the PBS app loads on that with no problem. So it is clearly a Roku specific issue.

I’ve tried to contact PBS as I’m having the same issues everyone else is. I went to the local channel as well as national. 
The remove and restart didn’t work.

Same here. Tried removing the PBS app, re-starting Roku then re-installing the app - a couple of times.  It was working fine last night but  this evening the PBS app attempts to load then pops back to the main menu. All other apps are working on Roku.

I think it must be an issue with Roku because the PBS app continues to work on my iPad.

Same problem and I tried the same steps. I live in DE. All other Roku apps work fine and my PBS phone app works fine too.

I am having the same issue. Removed the app and reinstalled. I can open pbs on my computer and play shows, but can't open it on my Roku TV.

I came here looking for info about my PBS app crashing and came across your post 13 minutes after you posted.

Exact same issue.

I’m looking forward to a solution as PBS programming is quality production!

Now i am here for the fix…

Have done all the same: reset restart unplug network blah blah blah yadayadayada.
