When the PBS App is selected the screen goes gray and reverts back to the Roku Screen.
A lot of PBS Roku users seem to be having this problem starting in the last day or so. I have reported the issue to PBS tech support, but they will not be open until Monday. I have tried the remove, reboot, reload app approach without success.
I have been having trouble with the PBS app for about a month and today it just keeps crashing and putting me back to the Home Screen. I have deleted and resubscribed to the app, checked system updates, etc—all the tips I found from other users and it’s still not working. Clearly this is a well-known issue—is there a timeline for resolution?
Same problem.
Removed the PBS app. Did a system restart on Roku. Reinstalled the PBS app.
Still not working. Just goes back to the home screen.
