Solving playback issues

Similar to someone elses post of a few months ago. I hadn't used my Roku in a while. When I turned on my TV there was no image or sound on the Roku's input. Tried it on another TV with the same results. Doing a factory reset on the Roku gets me the startup screen and sound briefly before it shuts down again. It also does not seem to respond to the remote so I have no way of getting to the settings screen. I have used the reset buttons on both the device and the remote with no success.

Problem solved. I remembered a similar problem in the past. Removing power to the unit and plugging it back in after around 20 minutes and it came back to life. Just wondering is this a heat issue? The little box felt quite warm when I picked it up to remove the power plug.
