Roku 3810x streaming stick+ freezes

I have the latest software loaded.  12.5.5, build 4174-50

after running any app(Hulu, Fubo, Netflix,etc) for about 10 minutes, the stick freezes and will not respond to the remote.  The show still plays, but none of the remote functions work.  There are fresh batteries in the remote.  It works fine for the TV controls, but there is no response from the stick.  I have reset the stick, but nothing works, the happens every time I use the stick.   Wile playing, the stick will sometimes say no network connection, but everything is up and running.  I do not get any error cord to report.

 

Help is appreciated.

I would like to learn more about this and what causing this behavior. Could you tell us how long you've been using this device? 

How are powering this, is this connected directly to a wall outlet or to the USB TV port?

Tell us more about this so that we can further look into it.
