I have a Roku Streaming Stick model 3800. When I try to stream Netflix, Prime Video, etc. I get this message "____ could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network. Please check your network connection and try again". I have spent hours trying everything from reinstalling the app, doing system upgrade or restart, unplugging the WIFI, clearing the Cache and checking the connection. I get 3 green check marks saying I am connected. Help.
