Solving playback issues

There is NO WAY to access updates of any sort. The only thing that happened is I get Accessibility options which I do not want or need. Is Roku ever planning to fix this or are they just planning to keep our money and provide NO SERVICE? The ONLY reason I paid for Roku was to see Law & Order SVU. If I cannot watch it, there is NO reason for me to ever pay for Roku again.
