Constant error, Licence agreement, your content is unavailable outside your country, 

Does Starz, Hulu, Prime have these issues? I'm so irritated right now 

I'm landlocked in the middle of the country, it's ridiculous to be having these issues

What country are you in the middle of? 

from Hulu:

Hulu and Hulu (No Ads) subscribers are able to stream anywhere in the U.S. — including Puerto Rico and U.S. military bases.

At this time, Live TV subscribers are not able to stream in U.S. territories, on U.S. military bases, or internationally.
