Have you tried removing the channel, restarting the system, and adding it back? Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot? For additional information, Roku 3 is a third-generation streaming player from Roku, originally released in 2013. As channels become more complex with updates over time, some older models may not perform as well as they used to. If your Roku 3 isn’t working as well as it once did, we recommend checking out our latest models and upgrading to something new.
