Solving playback issues

My spotify started giving me a white screen with no token provided. With a suggestion from Spotify I did the following. Unplugged TV, Unplugged router, and unplugged my roku. waited 20 seconds, and when I plugged in all three it was working again. not sure which of the three it was though.

I have the same issue...just started today. I restarted my Roku TV, Removed the app and redownloaded, and tried a Roku system update. No avail. I will try unplugging as mentioned.

Unplugging and replugging my Roku TV for 30 secs fixed it.
