Hey @Histy01
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
Most of the time, the 'No Signal' message will show up on your screen if you have the wrong input (source) selected on your TV. We would recommend starting there and see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing.
If still no luck, we recommend following the other troubleshooting steps available in this link: What should I do if I cannot see the video from my Roku® streaming player on my TV?
Let us know how it goes.

Hi, thank you for the info. Unfortunately I’ve tried all this with several hdmi cables , multiple TVs and I’m still not getting anything. Is there anything else I can do?

I had this issue the very first time I took my Roku out of the box and set it up with my OLED LG C1. As I was about to put the unit back in the box and return it for good, I just unplugged the HDMI cable from my TV for a few minutes then plugged it back in and it worked, seems to be an HDMI handshaking issue?
Tried everything to get the blue screen working. Ready to send this problem device back. Model 4800X.

Hello @douglasthies
Thanks for posting here in the Community!
Could you specify to us the troubleshooting you've done so we can see what steps we should take next? Also, please make sure that the input (sometimes referred to as source) selected on your TV matches the one to which you have the Roku player connected.
Moreover, we would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:
Please keep us posted.

Same issue here began today. ROKU Ultra, seeing the "dancing ROKU" on reboot and then black screen. Reboot seems to be longer than "normal" as well.
Took another Ultra and used the same power/hdmi/network cable and everything is fine.
HELP!!!!
Hi @Smokindog
Thanks for the post.
Could you tell us how your Roku device is powered? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device. Even though your Roku device may appear to be working, running with insufficient power can lead to instability, crashing, and other unpredictable behavior.
Using the included power cord and power adapter, we suggest plugging your Roku into a working power outlet in the wall. Powering it through a power outlet in the wall has the additional advantage that your Roku player will not need to power up every time you turn on your TV. This means your Roku player will be up and running faster than it would be connected to a TV.
Let us know how it goes!
All the best,
Kariza
