No Picture for Live TV on Wireless Roku

Roku connects to my wifi find (excellent).  Streaming is fine.  But NO picture for Live TV.  Any suggestions?  TV is not near coax for a cable.

Re: No Picture for Live TV on Wireless Roku

Hi, @RAD10

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you have encountered with the Live TV on your Roku device, and we'd like to know more about this so we can help. Can you please provide the following details:

  • Is this issue on the Roku Live TV or Over-The-Air Channels?
  • What specific Roku device you are having issues with?
  • Do you see any error messages/codes?

In the meantime, we recommend performing a system restart to resolve the issue. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Once the Roku device reboots, kindly access the content once more to see any difference.

We hope to hear back a response from you on what you find out.

Best wishes,
Kash

Re: No Picture for Live TV on Wireless Roku

@RAD10 Are you trying to get what Roku calls live TV in the Roku channel or your local over the air stations?  If you have a Roku device connected to a TV the only way to get local channels is connect coax for cable or antenna to the TV which you indicated is not near coax.  If you have Spectrum or Xfinity for your cable provider they have a Xumo streaming device that does not need to be connected to coax.
