I have had NFL+ for a couple of months. No problems. Starting yesterday, NFL+ simply won’t load on Roku portal on my TVs. Please help!! It doesn’t even get to a login screen. It simply looks like it’s loading, and then reverts back to the Roku App selection page.
Can you help me?
Having the same problem again. I had this problem back a month ago but but it strated working again the next day. I've Rebooted the device. I've verified no updates are needed. I've logged into NFL app on mt PC and logged back out. I unplugged for debic efor 10 minutes. I've waited 24 hours since problem has started and repeated the above procedures. Still it acts like it is going to the NFL app for a few seconds while spinning and then kicks back out to the Roku home screen. I even rebooted my entire network. Also checked all 3 Roku Ultra devices to find none of them will go into the NFL app.
I downloaded the NFL app to my LG smart TV. It gave me an activation code to enter via my PC. After doing that I was able to get the NFL+ Premium content. I would rather watch it via my Roku.
As you can see in the comments the problem has returned. The solution offered previously does not work.
My nfl app updated on 11/20 and won’t load on any of my Roku devices. Restarting doesn’t help. Don’t have the option to delete and reload the app.
As per my previous post I had already performed all the recommended procedures to no avail. I rebooted my modem and Eero network router twice to find the NFL network still would not open on my 3 Roku Ultra devices. I was using the ethernet hard wire connection. I decided to change my Roku network to use my WiFi connection. I 1st went into my Eero network into the troubleshooting area and disabled for the 5GHz WiFi for 10 minutes. This forces all devices to connect through the 2.4GHz WiFi channel. For those of us that do not know, the Eero networks only show 1 SID and automatically tries to connect all devices being set-up to 6GHz, then 5GHz and then last to 2.4GHz. Anyway, I then setup RoKu to use WiFi for the connection. I did not unplug my ethernet from the RoKu device. To my amazement my NFL network now works. Probably just a coincidence that it started working again. But figured I’d report it anyhow.

My NFL app started working again (~1 PM EST on 21 Nov 2024). I hope that Roku support will tell us what happened and what the fix was. BTW, if you get your NFL supscription from other than Roku then it won't show up in your subscriptions. Like I said, mine is working now but it does not show up in the subscriptions in my Roku account. The off shore chat rep told me I had no subscription. I don't think she was correct.
@Bobbyc777, Roku only knows about subscriptions that you pay through them. Any subscriptions you have directly with a provider they don't know anything about.
