Netflix, peacock, and app crashing

Is Roku ever going to fix these issues. Ever? I am watching an hour show and have had to reset the Roku 3 times. Anytime I go into Netflix I need to reset or unplug the Roku. Let’s all start a game of- anytime Roku can’t load a channel we take a shot. And don’t tell me to reset or unplug—- I have to do that each time.

We understand you're having a problem with the channels on Roku since it was crashing. We're happy to assist you further. How far is your Roku device from your network router? Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider? Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
