Useless idiotic tech weenies at Roku.
I was using the NFL app on my Roku tv today and it was working perfectly fine up until I decided to log in to view content by logging in with my tv provider, worked fine for a few hours after that, I was able to view that content also.
I closed the app after watching Redzone for hours and then tried to reopen the NFL app and it would not reopen fully and it would crash.
The problem might be logging in with your provider to view content. The app worked perfectly fine up until that point.
Everyone is having problems with a channel we pay for and can't watch due to your platform!! Missed all the games today. I pay for this app!! Where is the solution and pay back ?

You should have plenty of tracking "IDs"...So please tell us how to fix it already?
Now that Red Zone is don for the day it is now working.
Mine is finally working again...... But for how long?????? The NFL app was out earlier in the week for 4 days. There used to be an option (with the asterisk) to report directly to ROKU when an app wasn't working properly. I think it is obvious we need that option again. Anyways..... I hope everyone else's starts working again!! Got a lot of angry football fans out there.
Mine too. Makes me think it's not on our end but on a server somewhere. Hope it's not a load issue though...
I have 2 Roku TV's and one streaming box and none of them would load the NFL channel app. Just keeps jumping back to the app screen. 5 min after the NFL red zone ended on my computer I was watching it loaded. I was able to watch the red zone on my phone and on my desktop computer. My god the one Sunday I got off work early enough to watch it and it would not load to my TV's.
and they never tell you what they did to fix it.
