uh, maybe to help the devs find where in the code the bug is?
The devs have requested info and tracker-IDs as of 54 mins ago. Someone's at least looking at it now. More data points might help them find the problem faster.
My NFL app does not work it crashes on Roku back to the home screen. It worked last week and now it doesn't and tried removing and adding and reauthenticating and restarting Roku etc and nothing works!! I've worked with computers for over 20 years and nothing else can be done and I wish that you had someplace to stop getting updates instead of pushing them down because the updates mess my system up more than they fix anything and I have to reauthenticate every single time I go into certain channels now and this all started within the last couple weeks so every time I go into most of my apps I have to go and reauthenticate every single day and I literally mean every single day and it's very very very very frustrating and annoying to the point I don't want to use Roku anymore and I'm looking at alternatives cuz I can't take this anymore. Please fix NFL app crashing issue and realthenticating issue on most of my channels and I can see it's not just me having these issues!
It is. Now nov 24 the and still no NFL app loading still returns to home screen. My subscription is good till Oct 2025. I need answer or extension of my subscription. This has been a problem for a couple weeks. Please respond.
