Solving playback issues

I am having the same issue.  NFL app will not open on either of my Roku sticks.  It worked fine last week, but not today.  I have uninstalled NFL app two times and unplugged the Roku 2 times and reinstalled NFL Plus and still will not open.  It clocks like it will open and goes back to Roku Home Screen. 

I have checked for updates with Roku and it is up to date. Here is the information you requested.  Please fix.  thank you

Worked two hours ago and now it is not working. Frustrating.

My NFL app will not load. It tries then goes back to the roku menu with other channels. I saw in the community discussion that a fix had been found but mine is still not working. Also, one of the suggestions was to remove the app and reinstall. I can't locate the remove app when I press the * button.
