I have been having the same problem.  I'm not convinced it's a Roku issue because all other apps work fine; it seems like it may be a NFL issue.  I have been going back and forth with NFL and they give me a suite of things to try (e.g., all the usual Roku stuff [e.g., system restart] plus uninstalling/reinstalling NFL, resetting password, etc.) - nothing works.  What's weird, is that out of the blue, NFL will start working for a day, but then the next time you go to watch it, the problem reappears.  I read somewhere within this thread that Roku said it has the problem solved - it's not.  Whether it's Roku or NFL, the problem is definitely not solved.  If anyone has found a solution, please post it.

Nfl app wont load goes back to home screen, any suggestions how to fix?

My nfl channel will not load. Scrolls and returns to nfl app screen.  My subscription is up to date. Where is roku's customer support number? Very frustrating!!! Dan Leathers Rawhide2@gmail.com

same here.  Got on a chat with Roku just minutes ago, and they said to contact the NFL app producers about the issue, as they are the ones that develop the platform for the app.
