Solving playback issues

I am having the issue with my NFL app crashing back to home screen shortly after launching on Wed 2/27.  Family was hoping to watch some games from the past weekend over Thanksgiving.  We'd all be really thankful if you could make it work.

My NFL app keeps crashing when trying to open the app. I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.

The NFL app is currently not working for me either on my Roku TV - Wed Nov 27 at 7:11 pm.  Same issue ... Crashes back to home screen a few seconds after the menu starts to appear.

Having the same issue I had a few days ago.  I try to launch the NFL app and it starts to load and goes back to the Home Screen.  Why does this keep happening!

Same thing for me.  It worked fine yesterday. 

Resets / updates etc .. all that stuff didn't fix it.

Looks like this issue happened back in October, but they said they resolved it.  It happened again on Monday this week and yesterday 11/26 they said they resolved it.  Now it's happening again today 11/27 so I am not sure what is going on. I guess we will have to watch on the phone or tablet until ROKU can figure this out. (sigh)

My NFL+ app was working yesterday.  When I tried to go into it today (11/27) it wouldn't work.  Just adding additional details.
