After HBO MAX changed to MAX, the MAX channel crashes every 2 days requiring the channel to be deleted and reinstalled. This did to occur prior to MAX replacing HBO MAX. The ROKU is attached to Spectrum. There is no issue with MAX streaming devices attached to Spectrum. Spectrum support has been no help in resolving this issue. I have contacted MAX support and received a form letter with instructions for resolution which were followed and the issue is not resolved. The letter stated that if the issue was not resolved, submit detailed information by return email. Information has been submitted as required, no reply has been received after a week. My ROKU is a Premier, SN K4216F617522, The MAX error code is 8188a809-b99e-482b-9d34-27d059923666. Is there a resolution for this? Does ROKU or MAX need to fix the ap/channel?
