Low power player is plugged in to same power source as tv tried a new adapter still shows no power

Help with no power when tv same outlet has power

I'm not sure what you are saying. So, I must guess. Does you player power adapter have a cord, like a cell phone, that can be changed? If it does try using a different cord, one you know is good, with your player adapter. Also, adapters for ROKU players should have at least 1 Amp power output. Do both the adapters you tried have at least 1 AMP? hope this helps.
