Solving playback issues

I am getting the same response from both a 3700x and a Hisense Roku TV.

Definitely a software snafu at Roku's end.  🤔

Reset the router, changed to 5G, still got the same results.

Same here! It's working fine on my living room TV but not in the bedroom. 🙄

Have the same prob. A lil tip on the ota channels-go to settings, tv inputs, live tv, manage channels then check Hide streaming channels and you should be able to now see your ota channels-fyi, but Roku...C'mon Man!!!

Go into the settings and check the build date and version on each device, a dollar says they're different.

While hiding all streaming channels made the OTA channels work.  It does not really fix the problem that the app update broke the normal ad based live streaming channels or allowing OTA channels while streaming channels are enabled..  Problems with the TV app started awhile before this.  This is just the latest in broken TV app GUI operation.

We had the same exact thing happen. We went to Tubi and came back after a movie and now everything is 2000+ but not our regular channels.

Mine says I have no Internet Connection. Have checked it several times in Settings and it is connected. My other devices are connected. Can't get any Roku channels at all.
