Solving playback issues

I have the exact same issues starting today- 5/4/2023.

tried the same things to rest it, but still doesn’t work.

I got Live TV working again by going to Settings, TV Inputs, Live TV, Manage Channels then "Hide Streaming Channels"

Everything was back and working fine on both of my Roku TV's after that.

Are you also getting a message that all channels are hidden? 

If you are using a Roku box or stick, resetting does not solve the issue either.

Clearly something got whacked in the most recent updates.

Ok Roku system admins, what's up?

We can only see the pay-for-access listings. How do we get our full channel guide back? (It disappeared after fixing discrepancy between actual time and the wrong time/listings being displayed.) 

We looked through settings, unplugged the power for ten minutes, and restarted the system. Internet connection can play shows  on paid channels, so that’s not the issue.

Problem persists. Help?

It was working a little while ago for me and went down. Also live TV is working on my mobile Roku app just not my device. I have the 4k device not sure if that matters.

Same here-literally Everytime Roku updates something it gets Glitchy(Cmon Roku-'If it Aint Broke...')!!!

That will make the antenna channels show back up but not the free Roku channels

It got my local channels back but lost all the Roku channels.
