Loading when launching an app after the latest update

Not sure if it's related, but since the update...I see a generic Roku pop-up (white box with purple border) every time I access an app that says "Loading......." (for about 2-5 seconds), rather than immediately launching the app.  It's like it's having to think about whether to crash or not.  I have two Ultras and this is only happening on the one that has updated to OS 14.

Let us know more about...

  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Is this happening on all channels? If not, kindly specify the affected channel/s. 
  • A photo or a short video clip of the incident. 

Also, we would like to request these details below: 

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
