When watching apps on my Roku Streaming Stick (it's not specific to any one app as it does it on all of them), it keeps locking up. In order to get it to work I have to either turn the TV off/on and/or remove the streaming stick and start over. It is connected as HDMI to my TV and all updates are current on the streaming stick.
I purchased this streaming stick 9/3/2023 so it is only 3.5 months old!!!!! All updates have been done, Internet connection shows "Excellent connection". My WiFi is working for everything else I have in the house including my phone.
Please advise
