Solving playback issues

  • I have updated the firmware on the device. But this seems to be a Roku issue because I can get all the recordings on my phone and live TV on phone, but not on the tv.

 To ALL with Roku Streaming Problems. I was asking that if Roku could not FIX the problem so I would be able to watch OTA ( Over the Air ) Channels, I wanted a full refund on the 4 Roku Express 4K+ that I have. I was told that they will not issue a refund, but will ship out new devices to replace the ones not working. When asked if they would have the same 14.0.4 update. I was told YES.

 Until EVERYBODY starts requesting a FULL REFUND, because of Roku's Update problem that will not allow you to watch OTA Channels, They ( Roku ) will just keep playing it off.
