Well when will you fix this issue? Days, weeks, months or never?

Like everyone else with Roku's, I cannot watch any live channel. I can see the thumbs of what I recorded but cannot watch the recordings. I can watch everything on my Android phone and my Smart LG TV. If this helps, I can watch the streaming channels listed above the Tablo channels.
I have one exception and perhaps this data is useful for Roku. Of my five TV's and five Roku's, I have one TV that can see it all. It is a Samsung LED model UN24H4000BF made in 2017. It can watch live and the recordings. Why can this TV work with 4 of my 5 Roku's? I tested all the Roku's on every TV. The one Roku that does not woronthisTV is the 3810X Streaming Stick+. The TV freezes with that stick. It loads Roku home screen and then freezes.

This is exactly what is happening to my 2 roku express 4k+. When will they fix the problem?
I have the issue of not being able to play most channels (either recorded or OTA) from my 4G Tablo DVR through the Roku app. This began suddenly several days ago.

I don’t know what “Channel build version” is or how to find it. TV is Panasonic TC-P42S30.
Specific troubleshooting steps taken:
At Tablo Support’s suggestion, I switched Roku Audio “Digital output format” to “Custom” and disabled DTS. This allowed me to play recordings and OTA, but there was no sound.

Rollback to the prior version. There are thousands of users impact by this.
Add us to the list of unhappy customers that can not use the features of our system because of the latest update. We need a fix, this has been going on too long.
