Issue with Roku Wall Adaptor and Boot Screen

Hello fellow Roku users,

I've recently encountered a problem with my Roku device.  I've been using my Roku with the wall adaptor that came with it for a while now, but recently, it seems to be causing some issues. The device sometimes doesn't power on when connected to the wall adaptor, but it works perfectly fine with the USB cable connected to my TV. Additionally, I've noticed that my Roku sometimes gets stuck on the boot screen for an extended period before it finally starts up.

I was hoping someone here could offer some guidance or solutions .

Thanks for sharing this concern with us. We're happy to help.

With this type of issue, we'd recommend you try another power source for your Roku device rather than plugging it into your TV. Since you have mentioned a loop of reboots with your Roku device, we suggest performing a system reboot by going to Settings > Sytem > Power (skip option if not available) > System Restart. Once no changes have been observed, kindly reset the device by locating the reset button.
