Insufficient power/ low power

Have Roku model 3900X and have used it without problems several years.  No changes in equipment made and now receiving insufficient power/ low power message.  Was using Roku adaptor and cable into wall outlet.  Have unplugged for prolonged period.  Still receiving error message.

Re: Insufficient power/ low power

You can try a new power adapter if you can find one. The 3900X is an older outdated model. Your Roku is no longer under warranty.

Hey @larnold787

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

As @Triumph326 suggested, you can try a different USB cable and/or power adapter to see if that will make a difference. If not, please let us know so we can further help you out.

Please keep us posted.

All the best,
Kariza

Re: Insufficient power/ low power

I had the same thing happen with my Roku Premiere. I replaced the power adapter with a fast-charge rated USB power adapter I had purchased as a spare for my phone and it fixed the issue.
