How to turn off "store mode"

Jump to solution

I can’t turn off “store mode” There is no this function in the settings of the TV or the Roku itself. Resetting to factory settings does not help. I've read a million forums and tried everything possible. Samsung TV. Model 3810x roku streaming stick+

Hi @Kyrylo,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community.

In addition to what @makaiguy provided, you will need to use the Samsung remote control to disable this feature. Here are the steps to follow.

  1. Navigate to General Settings
Navigate to and open Settings, and then select General.
  2. Navigate to Usage Mode Settings
Select System Manager, and select Usage Mode.
  3. Set the mode to Home Mode
If required, enter a PIN. It is usually 0000. Then, select Home mode.

If there are any additional issues or worries you would like to address, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Regards,
Reyn

It is the Samsung TV that is in store mode, not the attached Roku.  Separate Roku streaming devices don't have a store/demo mode.
